Education Evaluation query

Hi,

My name is Johnny and I did Diploma of 2 years in Mechanical Engineering and completed Bachelor degree of 3 years in Information and Technology. So I want to know, should I apply for evaluation of both (Diploma and Bachelor degree) or only Bachelor degree?

And which is the best organization to evaluate my Education which takes less time?
