Education documents to send with application

Hi All

Does one need to send in copies of GCE ordinary level and GCE advanced level certificates?. I have some IT diplomas and a B.Sc. degree. WES has assessed my degree as four year equivalent.

I am applying thru a consultant and they asked for my gce o and a level certificates.
bt my docx & application are still in process to be reviewed and submitted.

I wonder why. For those who are not familiar with O levels and A levels it is like 10th and 12th standard.

Any other experienced members or seniors any suggestions please?
