Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but here it goes...I'm currently working in Canada on an LMIA. The company that hired me is supporting and paying for my PR application. It's a managerial position, excellent pay and benefits. I've run into a problem however, I need to supply my degree and transcripts as part of my application. I have my degree, but when I contacted my college to have my transcripts sent, I was told "sorry, you graduated in 1989 and your archived transcripts have been lost
". They have record of my attending, program major and that I graduated, but thats it. They've offered to submit a stamped and sealed letter stating as much, but I'm not sure if that is going to be sufficient. The immigration attorney that my company retained suggested I contact the companies that do the credential assessments and see if they would accept it. How screwed am I?
