Please advise what should be the break up in number of years for primary & Secondary i have completed my education in CBSC till 12 th standard. Then i have done 4 yrs of Bachelor of Engineering, Please advise on the 16 yrs of break up.

The 4 yrs of Bachelor of Engineering are University/College. For the other 12, it depends on the country how they break it up into primary and secondary (e.g., primary is often first 5 or 6 years and then you go to another school for secondary or high school)
