eDO FBI PCC timeline

Hi,
What documents are required when you go for FBI PCC? Do we need to take our passport or confirmation email from FBI eDo?
My finger print card reached their address on 30th April 2018 but there has been no update since then and the status still shows as insufficient information.

Received email from CJIS that finger print received
After 4 mins exactly received email that documents processed and you can download from website.

Where did you get your finger print card? if not US GC holder you can not use Chandlers right?
I printed on 80LB Laser paper from fedex and sent around 8 different cards taken by my self at home. You can go to nearest police station and get it done for free or with nominal charge
I am no citizen or gc holder. Chandlers is for them only

I did my fingerprints myself. I printed the forms on 65lb cardstock that I bought at Target and used an ExcelMark inkless thumbprint pad. I sent 5 sets of prints and a cover letter explaining that I was just including duplicates to make sure they got a good set, and that I was only requesting one report. Sent in a standard 9 x 12 envelope via USPS First Class mail.
I'm a US Citizen, don't know if that matters.

Can you share the link to check on the status of the application ? I just received a UPS confirmation of my fingerprint cards reaching them about 4 hours ago, but I didnt know where to check the status on the fbi website. been trying to find that link.

oh got it. thank you so much. although it still shows insufficient at the moment. do you know how long does it approximately take for them to update the status once the fingerprint card has been delivered. cuz mine got delivered just about 4 hours ago.

So i just received a confirmation about my request and they rejected it due to poor quality of finger print on the cards. it is surprising cuz the people at UPS helped me with it. anyhow i figured i gotta submit a new application again ?
or can i just resend the card and dont have to pay once again.
do y'all have any suggestions as to where i can get my fingerprints taken ? I think getting it done with the stamp and card is harder for me mainly due to my clammy hands. but i dont know where can i get an electronic one done and receive a print out of the same ?
