I am confused to which city I may land

Edmonton ,Saskatoon or Ottawa

If it is just a question as to what you fill on your form for skilled worker, then it does not really matter. As long as you pick a city outside Quebec, you can change your mind later. Besides, it would not be common to land in Edmonton or Saskatoon as they are smaller cities and it is unlikely that you get a direct flight there. It would be more common to land in Toronto, Calgary or Vancouver or maybe Ottawa but like I said, it really doesn't matter.

I am looking for job opportunity and place to make master degree so do you recommend Edmonton, Saskatoon or Ottawa

Depends on where you can find a job in your field. You should check some job websites for that. If you want to go to university and do a masters degree, you should pick a university you want to go to, apply there and if you are accepted, you move to that city.
