I have a weird problem. I was filing the visa application for my parents' upcoming visit to Canada and created 2 separate GCKEYs and accounts for the same. After uploading my Dad's application to his account and paying for it - I copied the PDF and edited the details with my Ma's information and uploaded it to my Ma's account/application.
Now I can't access my Dad's account and only my Ma's account is accessible. Have received her Biometric Instruction Letter but have no idea how to access my Dad's Biometric Instruction Letter. Have paid for both - could my Dad's application have been overwritten because I uploaded the same PDF with different details?
Any help/advice will be super useful - thanks!
