I submitted my EE profile on 1st April 2019, with a CRS of 459. On the 3rd of April, I edited some details in my EE profile, including my birthdate(which I had entered wrong by a few days - silly me) and adding the complete names of the company I worked for, instead of just the main part.
Editing my profile DID NOT change my score . Within a few minutes, I read the news that a EE Draw was out, with the cutoff being 451. I received my ITA a few hours later.
I am confused whether to accept or decline the ITA. Will I have to provide documents as per the profile I first submitted, or edited profile? I am especially concerned about the birthdate I entered wrong by a few days.

If your score didn't change you shouldn't have a problem.

Write a letter of Explanation to explain it and you should be fine.
