Portal2 (email and Portal login) - 30th Oct 2023 (declare, Photo & address same day)
ECOPR - 15th December
PR Card received - Pending
PVO - Sydney , NS
SVO - Etobicoke
Portal 1 and ECOPR came from Etobicoke.

Finally received my ecopr today January 10th.
Same day I received study permit Approval. Wasted $150
However, my photo was rejected even though it's the same digital picture I used for my PR application. Not sure if it's because it came out as black and white after i submitted it o. The portal. Did anyone have the same issue?
