ecase shows: Medical results have been received.

Does that mean my VO has my permanent residence received, and put the Medical results to it?

Or do i get a different notice that the VO got my application?

Its kinda inportant to know my VO has my application, because i want to update my passport bio-page as soon as i can.

Advice, help, Thanks

You will get an Acknowledgement of Receipt letter from the VO which can take 1-3 months after they receive it, some VO dont even bother. Mixed response to the medical received update, i've posed same questions before. Some say it means file is already at VO, some say it's just VO office updating eCAS that medical is received but not file, or file received but not processed yet..nobody knows for sure....

Medical results have bee received portrays that the VO is working on your PR application. You can send in your new pp info. Just make sure to include your name, file#, client id, dob etc so that they update your info.
It seems you haven't received your acknowledgement of receipt from the VO. This usually takes about 90 days. If you're past that send them email requesting your file # so you can update your info.
Best of luck.

Thanks, thats what i wanted to know, if the vo is working on my application, so i can send out a biopage passport update.

As previously stated:::::

If the VO is working on your app, you will receive an AOR that contains your file #. Send the updated passport info using your name, file # etc to update your info.

If you haven't received AOR yet, it usually takes 90 days. If its past that, contact the VO to request your file # so you can send in your updated passport.

I applied in August through Berlin, but no "medicals received" when I check the status online, why is that? It just says "Application received".

Medicals received is usually the last update before decision made.
The VO received your app and hasn't started working on it. Or maybe they have just started working on your security/background checks. Nothing to be alarmed about.

So you're saying it takes 1-3 months for AOR, I guess this means that's how long it takes them to actually start working on the app. So if the wait times for my VO is 10 months, I should really expect to be waiting at least 11 to 13 months?

the 10 mths is the average processing for 80% it may be quicker or longer and that time is fromw when they receive the app not from when u submitted to cpc-m

Some offices don't ussue AOR or when they do issue it its so late there is another letter like a PPR or request for inteview attached so do not be alarmed

Thank you Kedeisha. I knew the 10 months was as of the time they received it, I just didn't realize it could take as long as 3 months between when they get it and when they actually start processing.

Just so tired.. I've been at this for 2 years now.. sometimes it makes you want to just to pull your hair out.

its tru but remember there is an end in sight so yes its crazy when we are in the process but it too shall pass

I'm just so afraid what if my app was lost in the mail somewhere, you know? it's not knowing that kills me.. I've heard of people's apps being lost before.. here you sit patiently waiting thinking everything is going according to plan and turns out your app is gone.. that's my worst fear

it wont be lost it would have been at cpc-m not VO so no worried but again not in ur shoes but worrying wont do much

Kedeisha is right. CIC also doesn't have the best customer service as well. Be patient and do not worry.
