Ecase Problem

Hi everybody,
I have been for the last 3 days trying to check my ecase with my file number and it is telling me that the information i provided is incorrect, but when I check it with the UCI it's working fine, I have got a passport request on may 27th and since then i haven't heard anything from them, so does anybody know what could be the reason for that.

Salam its just a glitch in the system. Meaning that some of the time Ecase doesn't work that well. Brother don't panic as you will get your Pass Port back soon with Visa In Sha Allah. With CHC Islamabad they take there good old time in sending it back. Please have patience as were a 2010 case and still have not got Pass Port Request yet please keep us all in your prays In Sha Allah. I pray that Allah hears all our prayers soon In Sha Allah...........

by passport request u mean u sent ur passport to Ottawa?

No i sent it to the Canadian embassy in Cairo

I guess I just assumed it was for Islamabad sorry!!
