ecase not assecible today

i linked my application to CIC yesterday
my Ecase and myCIC was assessible yeaterday and today in morning
BUT
right now my Ecase is not assessible anybody facing same problem? only myCIC is assessible

Mine is working fine maybe its just a glitch your end.
