Hi, probably because you put the wrong info.

If you want to access as the sponsor then sign in:
-Identification type:Receipt number
-Identification Number: CXXXXXXXXX
-Surname/Family Name: (put your last name ONLY)
the rest i guess you can fill out.

You can also sign in as the sponsored person:
-Identification type:Immigration file number
-Identification Number: BXXXXXXXXX or FXXXXXXXX..
-Surname/Family Name: (put the last name ONLY)
the rest i guess you can fill out.
