ECAS update from 4line to 6 line , does it mean ghost update ?

Does anyone know what it means ?

The latest line was medical received , but today added 2 additional line which was just repeating the same content , one Being consider mail delay when mail medical exam sheet, another was repeating the AOR date

I got the exactly same update as you on Mar 14 and receivied PPR on Mar 26. You are almost there!!
