ECAS STILL IN PROCESS

Hi to everyone!!! Belated Happy New Year!!!
We received letter/instructions from CIC-MANILA to submitt passports for visa stamping. The letter was dated December 5, 2009.
How come that everytime I check the ECAS, it still says " IN PROCESS"? What is wrong with this picture?

Hi! Reydon123,

One they stamped the visa to your passport, they will change it to decision made. Usually, they update ecas on Monday so you can check tomorrow. I'm happy for you. Goodluck

Hi there - my Dad's passport was submitted to CIC Manila since July 2009 but still haven't received any news from them. Even ECAS is still showing in process.

Your dad should contact CIC-MANILA ASAP so he can check what is going on.
It is stated on the letter that VISA should be received within 90 days upon receipt of the passport.

My Dad's ECAS has changed to Decision Made on Monday, Jan 11th.

We're hoping to receive the passport with visa anytime this week.

Does anyone know how long does it take to get the visa. I've read some thread here that it will take 3-5 days. However, my Dad is in the province but very near from Manila so I'm not sure if it will take longer than that? Anyone has an idea???Appreciate your feedback, please.
