ECAS Status not updated for last 2 years

Dear Members,
Although we (I, my wife & 3 kids) got visas in Jan 2014, but my ECAS still shows status as
"In Progress" since March 2012. Many of members here shared that their ECAS used to be updated for medical, PPR and "Decision Made" but nothing happend on my ECAS, my visa office is London, if some other member observed same problem, please share with us. I checked with my consultant she told me that it happens in many cases, visa office is lazy to update it... bla bla bla...

If you already got your visas, then what does it matter if your eCAS has been updated or not? Your lawyer is telling you the truth. Some VO's will update regularly and others just don't bother with it. You obviously got one that just didn't bother with it.
