It's coming on to 2 weeks that I am not able to get any results from the ECAS system.
Initially, I could view my status, but since 2 Tuesdays ago, it just returns a 'we are not able to identify you' screen on every daily attempt.
Just wondering if anyone else has had this issue before?
Also, who should I write to on this?
On a case specific enquiry or simply do a 'reply' to their notification of file transfer from CIC to the VO?
