Please explain to me if anyone knows about it what happened on my relative file? ECAS shows Application "Withdrawn" and as below-

1. We received your application for permanent residence on December 22, 2010.

2. We started processing your application on July 3, 2013.

3. Medical results have been received.

4. We withdrew your application on August 13, 2014 and your file has been closed.

5. A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

am not sure but maybe the sponsor withdrew the application ? Have you asked him or her ? Like I said am not sure , wait for other responds

If the applications were withdrawn, either the sponsor or the applicants asked CIC to withdraw them. The decision is that the applications were withdrawn and therefore no PR Visas will be issued.

..ask first the sponsor or the applicant if they withdrew the application or they accidentally click the withdrawn box. if none is the answer, you should contact or email the embassy regarding this matter.

latest cic asked for imm008 form and I know there is no option to click any box for withdrawn, let's see what happen when the letter will come....thank you!

Did your Canadian sponsor ask CIC to withdraw the application? Or did you? You can also order your GCMS notes to get detailed information.

applicant or sponsor has NEVER requested to withdrawn application. 4-5 weeks waiting to get GCMS notes, however, we are hoping by this week we are getting the LVO letter.

FYI- we mail to LVO and reply says-"Applicant has requested for withdrawn application. And file has closed". This is in fact WRONG, LVO mismatch something, we believe! We have been waiting for more than 7 years and waiting for visa; NOT application withdrawn news, who wants to be do this at this stage............we really shocked to hear about it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! pray for us as the medicals will be expire in Dec/2014. Dealing with LVO within this time frame is not enough............Heaven knows what happen at the end.............

Parent class application, which has submitted in July/2007.

By parent class application, do you mean:
1. You sponsored your parents? or
2. Did your parents apply to immigrate and you were included as their dependent child?

It seems someone withdrew the application and may be you don't know? Also, your ecas says the application was received in December 2010 but you are saying it was submitted in July 2007?
