My Ecas Show "In process" and that they started the processing on 18th Jan 2010.

I applied in the new Ministrial list through Nova Scotia.

what are the experts think about my questions?
1. Do you think they already check all the documentation (Educational and employment)?

2. Do you think CIC-London already check all the documentation (Police clearence and bank statements)?

3. Do you think CIC-London have already Dispatch me the Medical papers?

4. Do you think CIC-London can still reject the application?

5. What Do you think is the next step and how much time will it take?

Ans: No they are pending. The Status just means that the application is eligible for processing.

2. Do you think CIC-London already check all the documentation (Police clearence and bank statements)?
Ans: Yes they will
3. Do you think CIC-London have already Dispatch me the Medical papers?
Ans: It depends upon your file and case.

4. Do you think CIC-London can still reject the application?
Ans: Technically should not but they can. London Visa office pattern seems to be different

5. What Do you think is the next step and how much time will it take?
Ans: It depends upon you case.

Mine was already reviewed in London Visa Office and e cas status changed to in process in July 31, 2009. No additional docs were requested, until now I am still waiting for my medical request..
