Has anyone experienced ECAS not working for them but they were able to create account on CAS?
I submitted a paper based application and received AOR by email. Using the application number from AOR email, I was able to create account on CAS but ECAS is not working for me at all.
BTW, I only received one email for my paper based application that had AOR attached and a link to create CAS account. Looks like other people get two emails?
