ECAS not showing my EE profile

I have submitted Permanent residence on 17th October 2015 and received acknowledgment on MY CIC account.
I cannot able to find my profile on ECAS.

I have submitted regular PR file based on AINP and I can see this file only.
On My CIC, it says, medical passed and review under progress.

Can I put two files together? Why is my Express Entry profile is not showing?

ECAS has been unavailable for Express Entry candidates since late Nov/early Dec so nothing special.
