eCAS moved to "in process" again, after landing

Hi all,

just a quick question, for anyone who might have a clue about what is going on.

I was granted PR on September 26th and eCAS moved from "in process" to "decision made" at that time. It stayed in "decision made for 1 month. I landed in Canada on October 24th.

Yesterday, on a rare occasion that I couldn't find anything else to do I thought to check eCAS to see if after landing anything changes. "Decision made" is gone and I see "in process" again.

Any ideas ?

I am sure it's nothing significant but still...

Why do you want to worry about the eCAS status now after your landing is over and now you are officially Permanent Resident of Canada..Enjoy your life....Good luck

it doesn't. i know it's nothing serious.

i only wanted to point out that the system that is supposed to give people that are waiting eagerly for news is not functioning in the best way...

maybe they are in process again because they are working on issuing your PR card? just a wild guess there...

I have the same issue, i landed on 16 sep 2012 and till 31 oct 2012 my ecas status was decision made. Now it has changed to In Process. Any ideas about this ??.

I guess you are one of those who got addicted to checking eCAS when your application was in processing..Now you are official PR of Canada...So relax and forget about eCAS and enjoy your life ...Good luck

Like has been mentioned before after you land and then check ECAS and it says "in process" they are now working on your PR card.

Yes, i am addicted to check e-cas since i started the immigration process. Well i had a trouble with my landing process at the vancouver airport. Due to that we were held at the US/Canada border for few hours.

I dont mind checking e-cas until i get our PR cards. I left Canada after 15 days and due to my landing problems, i should be worried about any changes in e-cas.
