ECAS just changed from "application receoved" to "in process"

today it changes to

We received your application for permanent residence on August 31, 2012.
We started processing your application on May 22, 2013

Does it means that they just start process my applicaton on 22nd??

I thought i already pass the eligibilities since i got my ME

ecas status updates are quite strange.....my status is changed to inprocess since May 3 but I have not got any medical request or biodata etc so I guess it really doesnt mean anything...

today it changes to
