Ecas for the English

This is slightly tongue-in-cheek, but for applicants born in England what "Place of Birth" actually gets you into ecas; England or United Kingdom and Colonies?

Well I have been, but no updates yet. Just interested in what those with a status in the system are using..

IMHO it should be UK, England has no international status (member of the UN) and the same goes for Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Actually it is England for Ecas, you realize that England, Wales, Scotland, N. Ireland are countries in the United Kingdom

Correct. My application is now in ecas and I had to use England to log in.
