Ecas access lost since the first System Glitch, is it just me ?

Dear all,

I know there is problems with ECAS access, and that you guys got access back last week and it is gone again.

BUT, my case is just since the first time we lost it, like 1 month ago, I did not get it back at all, like some Folks in here.

Anyone in that case ?

PS: I know you guys lost it again.

Same with me... I lost it month ago and since then no access...

Ecas is a rouge child of cic. One cannot get hold of it. Mine has been on and off like gizillion times but i know its a know issue and cic is well aware of this.

Yes, today I filled one request to CSE.
Hope it will be fixed soon.
