ECA

Hi,

My doubt is when I am making the EE profile, we have to make ECA from WES. right?
So do IRCC accept WES-ICAP (international credential advantage package ) or they need WES basic for the application. I will be opting for WES-ICAP as I need the same for SINP if CRS cutoff will not meet.

Can you be specific... If my crs cutoff doesn't meet, I have to apply for SINP... and they are asking for ECA-ICAP for that pnp process.. My doubt is weather I will apply for ECA-ICAP in the first place and will ircc accept the same. Or I will start with ECA - basic and by then I will will upgrade to ECA-ICAP for SINP process...
