I have done masters in zoology (16 years education) from pakistan . Will it be equivalent to canadian masters?? Please guide

You will need to get ECA. Only an ECA can confirm this.

You might get a diploma equivalency for your Masters, in that case you can claim points for 2 or more degrees.
