You will have to get both the degrees evaluated. If you send only one and it gets evaluated as a certificate (not Masters), then you will not get sufficient points.
What problem I am facing is that I have done my Graduation in 2004 from Delhi University and I am staying in other state since 13 years.
I am not able to go there to get transcrip
your degree from symbiosis will most likely not be recognized as masters and you will end up not being able to claim maximum points for your actual credentials. So I'd recommend taking whatever efforts you need to, to get your transcripts from Delhi University as well.
