I have done b com then master of commerce full time .what will be it's equivalency in Canada. Wes tool says bachelor's 3 years , bachelor's 4 yrs ?is it possible to be equal to master degree?

It's going to largely depend on which university you received your masters from.

Since both the courses are continous and in same field, they will be considered as "two or more programs where one course is more than 3 year" but you dont worry, it is only 5 points less than Masters CRS.
