ECA will reach to IRCC before IELTS score - Does it cause any issue?

Hi,

I have applied for Education Credential Assessment long ago and by the end of January-2019, WES (World Education Services) will send a hard copy of my education assessment to IRCC office but yet I haven't appeared in IELTS and not even created my Express Entry profile. I am preparing for IELTS and planning to book IELTS test in March-2019.

As my ECA hard copy will reach to IRCC office much earlier than my IELTS score and other documents, does it cause any issue? If yes then what should I do to resolve it?

Please help me.

Of course there's no issue. IRCC won't look at your documents anyway until you get invited, submit your application, and pay the fee. At that time as long as your ECA and IELTS are valid, there's no issue.
