Hi! I want to get my WES done under ECA for IRCC. Is a copy of this sent directly to IRCC?

Alright! And will it cause any issues if I am on a study permit and they receive a copy of the ECA?

Not at all. Why would it be a problem ? You got a legal permit, you are sending them an equivalency of ur past degree to their educational system, (other way around you are telling the authenticity of ur degree).
