Hi,
I have done my B.tech (Mech) and M.Tech (Production) from India
then I moved to canada on student visa and did my Masters in engineering (Mechanical) from University of Windsor. I got a job in NOC code A.
When i created my file for Express entry. I denied having WES degree evaluation for Indian degrees and they didn’t provide me any points for that. I don’t need points for Indian degrees also.
My question is:
1. Do I have to have WES for Indian degrees given my highest education is Masters and that too is from Canada and I am only claiming points for that. My score is good enough even after denying having WES evaluation done for my foreign degrees.

2. My NOC code is Mechanical Engineer. I have more than a year experience now as mechanical engineer. In requirement it says a person have to have
a) a bachelor degree in Mechanical engineering
b) A master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
c) P.Eng related

For claiming this code 2132. Do I have to have evaluation done for my foreign bachelors degree or canadian Masters will hold good.
Anyone in the same boat or have any experience.

Dont doc things that are not required from you. Your highest degree is Masters, you dont require a canadian equivalency as its already a canadian degree as far as I know. you will get additional points for studying in Canada too.

second thing, regarding your NOC; you dont have to meet the requirements of your primary NOC or any NOC and its mentioned officially and mentioned numerous times on this website.
Apply and dont think too much. Good luck
