ECA - Two or more certificates, diplomas or degrees.

Hello All, Hope everyone is safe and doing well.

Sorry, I think there are many threads out there regarding Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees evaluation however, after reading so many threads and articles still it did not clear the picture.

Can anyone who has similar background advise what would be credentialed for the below qualification?

Secondary School (10th Standard )
Diploma in Computer Engineering (3 Years Full Time)
B.Tech in Computer Engineering (3 Years Full Time )

Secondary school doesn’t count. To claim two or more, your B.Tech or diploma needs to be assessed as at least a 3 year program. If both are assessed as 2 year programs then you cant count as “two or more.”

I think there is a recent (two days ago) guideline for ECA only the highest degreee needs to be validated. Pls try to check on that
