1. Primary applicant needs to send his transcripts to WES.

2. Do I also need to send my wifes transcripts to WES for evalation.

The process for getting your credentials assessed by WES is same for your wife. Create a account on WES for your wife, obtain a WES ref no. and send her education transcripts to WES

If you will mention her education as Diploma or Bachelor or Masters or Doctrate, you have get WES for her too. Because you will get CRS points for education. If you don't have her ECA, you have to mention none or less than high school (even she has done UG or PG).

You have to create another WES profile, get and send her transcript(s) to WES.
