My query is to get my confusion clear for getting educational credential assessment (ECA) for CIC - new criteria....
Does it mean to have the certification of all levels (Secondary / School, Proficiency Certificate level, Bachelors).
Which documents (Only Transcript / transcripts and certificates both) are to be submitted to the concerned organizations / institutions that are to be certified?
