I recently applied to WES to evaluate my certificates, a National DIploma from a poytechnic in Nigeria and a BSc from a university in the U.K. Due to delays in receiving a feedback from the nigerian school, WES issued a report containing only by BSC cert. I do need the ND cert. for my FSWP application because it is strongly connected to the NOC title. I've contacted WES for the re-issue bt as we all know, they take forever to reply and are very slow.
As an alternative, I'm thinking of using University of Toronto or ICAS to evaluate my ND certificate so I can attach thier report with that from WES. Hence, I'll be submitting two reports, one from WES (BSc) and the other from University of Toronto or ICAS (ND). What do you guys think? Would CIC accept it? If yes, between University of Toronto and ICAS which of them doesn't need to resend a verification document back to Nigerian schools before issuing the final report? This later process kills time.
