Hi, just wanted to check, in case I am a CA from Indian CA institute, have done masters from IGNOU (distance learning) and B.com from Delhi University (regular), would my ECA result be Bachelors or two or more certificates?

Most likely 'Two or more...' but never be sure unless you get it.

My Wife ECA is done but they have mentioned both last names on her report, those are before and after marriage like xxxx(yyyy), 112222. will it create any problem in future? Do I need to correct it safe side?
