ECA Query with regards to CES (University of Toronto)

Hello Everyone,

I had applied for ECA from CES (University of Toronto) for the below mentioned courses,

3 years full time in Bachelor's of Science (Chemistry) from Mumbai University
2 years full time in Masters of Management Studies (Marketing) from Mumbai University

Today, I have received my ECA Report with two pages stating the following,

Now, the real question is, what exactly is my level of education as per this report ?

1 - Bachelor's degree (three or more year program at a university, college, trade or technical school, or other institute)

OR

2 - Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees. One must be for a program of three or more years

I would really appreciate an answer for this, as this is the turning point for my Career...!!!

Many people and consultants are saying that my education credentials given by CES states that I have just received,

"Four-year Bachelor's degree from a recognized university"

because in the last line where it says Remarks they have clearly mentioned,

"The equivalency for this credential is stated in conjunction with studies previously completed (Refer to #1)"

This is quite confusing and disheartening as well. Kindly look into this matter deeply and revert back soon...!!!
