ECA Of PTU and IGNOU

I hv completes my Bachlor from PTU and Master from IGNOU nd i hv applied for ECA from wes but after a holdbof 2 months they denied to evaluate the same. Please suggest me what to do now??? Does other agencies like IQAS evalute degrees from PTU and IGNOU?

hi !Did you get masters equivalency from IQAS?I am confused too. I did MA in english from IGNOU
