ECA of my Professional qualification/education

Dear respected members,

I'm holding MBCS (Membership of British Computer Society; I've completed all the examination along with professional project), a professional qualification (Professional Graduate Diploma in IT - see attached transcript pages - https://www.dropbox.com/sh/ncrjbfwgjuq264m/AAAM6TOT5qdHwTmLOGT9_Bqua?dl=0) which is equivalent to a UK Bachelor's degree with honours. Currently i'm working in Saudi Arabia.
Can you please kindly advice me whether I'm eligible to apply for ICAS ECA assessment, as they say "Our reports do not include in-service professional development, work experience or professional examinations or certifications."

I am really looking forward for a clear answer to my query.

What do you mean, it can’t be evaluated? What ECA did you use. If WES, then try another like IQAS or ICAS
