I got a positive graduation ECA from the WES on the basis she applied for PR and got an ITA.
A PR application was submitted. Later on I sent a PHD degree for WES evaluation for future aspects but my university has declined WES verification due to insufficient records. WES has closed my account including previously issued graduation ECA.
Communication with the university is in progress but I am afraid that reason may be that IRCC will reject my application.
What suppose to do ? ECA issue fixing up will takes time ,even not sure previous ECA will be valid .
