I am looking forward to apply for BC PNP Tech Pilot and would need your advice.
I have done my B.Tech in computer science from India, and now i am on open work permit in Vancouver.
What i really want to understand is, if i mention about my bachelors degree while applying, will i get "11" points as mentioned in the below link/program.
I believe to get additional "4" points we have to evaluate our credentials through WES or any other agency, is that right? (Please check below link under "Education Table")

I just wan to make sure i am getting "11" points without WES evaluation, and I will see whether i want additional "4" points or not.
