ECA from WES for 2 years full time MBA from IBS Mohali (ICFAI Dehradun)

Hi there,
I have done 2 years full time MBA from IBS Mohali (under ICFAI Dehradun) in 2008-2010 . Will WES evaluate this as a diploma or a degree??
