ECA from CES

Hi,

I am applying to CES for my ECA for immigration purpose (I am doing this process on my own). I have a Bachelor of Commerce degree (2 years) from University of Karachi (Pakistan) with an MBA Finance Degree (3.5 yrs) from Iqra University, Karachi, Pakistan that make a total of 17.5 yrs of education. Now I have two questions.

-Should I get my Bachelor's Degree assessed as well?
-What do you guys suggest about the equivalence of my education to that of Canadian education?
