ECA for PhD

hi All,
I would like to get ECA throuhh WES. My highest degree of education is PhD. I have a doubt regarding this. Should I enclose my Master's and Bachelor degree certificates and transcript along with my Phd certificate? Or Phd certificate and transcript alone is enough? This is for CIC Canada purpose. Seeking a reply from you

You can enclose all your degrees and have the transcripts sent to WES directly by the schools. If you send only one or send all your degrees, it is the same cost.

Mathew. If you did a direct PhD, send your a copy of your PhD Certificate along with your transcripts for bachelor and Masters degrees. If you did M.Phil course work send your transcript for M.Phil too.
