ECA for pakistani degree

Dear all,

I have bachelors in computers sciences and masters in telecom sciences degrees from a university (UMT, Lahore) which is a recognized degree awarding institute by HEC (higher edu comm.). Hence HEC has verified by original degrees and attested copies were sent to WES (word edu system, canada).

WES refused by saying that they don't enough information of this university

later, i applied ICAS (another ECA authority in canada), they also refused to asses my degrees with the reason that my degrees were not recognized by HEC at the time of attendance.

now only i left with last ECA institute i.e CES canada.


My question,
whether should i proceed for CES?
Whether anyone has faced this issue and how to succeed it?
is there any other SWP and PNP where ECA isn't requried, so that i can apply directly there?

Bro... if both agencies have refused then you have no other choice except going for CES.

ECA is required at every province in canada cause you cannot even submit your application without it.
