ECA for both master and bachelor?

I completed both master and bachelor in electrical engineering. Do I have to do ECA for those two degrees or just for master?

Depends on the country you did Masters from. Check in the WES website.

The requirement is for the highest degree to get points. WES has its own (strange) requirements. You can look for other (expensive) institutions that evaluate. I find WES a crook.
