ECA For Bachelor and MS Degree

I Have Two Degree's i.e. 1 is Engineering and 1 Masters in Project Management. Both are from different in Different Discipline and Institute. How will i do ECA for both.

You can apply for ECA for both degrees. There is no problem in that.
