ECA evaluation

I have 2 years gap in bachelor's. I started in 2008 and graduated in 2013. What marksheets to submit to WES for evaluation. I don't have failed attempt marksheets and only have passed marksheets for all 6 sem. I am not sure if its misplaced or i have not collected it from the university. If its required whats the procedure to get it from Mumbai university since i don't remember the seat numbers of the attempts.

You don't submit mark-sheets, you get after semester examinations for WES evaluation. You need to contact your college/university and ask them to issue you "transcripts" or statements of marks.

WES requires you to send a copy of your degree certificate and the for the university to send your transcripts to them.

NOTE: Transcripts have to be mailed by the university and not by you. Otherwise, they will be rejected by WES.
