ECA done but no points received

Hello,

I have completed an ECA for my bachelors degree from India. I have also completed two one year post graduate certificates from a canadian college. The points I have received on my CRS system are for 'Post-secondary program credential of three years or longer'. However, I should be getting points for 'Two or more post-secondary program credentials AND at least one of these credentials was issued on completion of a post-secondary program of three years or longer (levels 6,7 & 8)'. I am missing 45 points from my profile because of this issue as I have one year canadian experience.

I have sent multiple emails, never get to talk to an agent as I get agents are too busy message. Anybody else in a similar situation?

if your program is post secondary then you wont get points , you will get points of only bachelors

Hi any one can clarify my doubt.In level of education they say like"Master's degree, OR professional degree needed to practice in a licensed profession (For “professional degree,” the degree program must have been in: medicine, veterinary medicine, dentistry, optometry, law, chiropractic medicine, or pharmacy."I had completed my Bachelor of dental surgery in India.So am i eligible for CRS 135 point?I have Canadian diploma( 2 years as well).

My university ( mumbai) is not there in the list
So I need to apply through outrange ??
